There are not enough good things to say about Paul - just call him - he's your guy. 

I asked my spouse the best way to sum up Paul as a realtor, and he said "He's a really nice guy who knows the Columbus market and will make you a ton of money." That sums it up. 

Even in a super hot market, Paul made us more money on our house than we would've ever thought to shoot for - he knows the nuances of different neighborhoods around Columbus like the back of his hand, knows how to really listen and advise, and backs up his knowledge and recommendations with good data. 

In the past 5 years, we've bought a house with Paul and sold a house with Paul (same house), and recommended a handful of friends to him who have done the same. The only reason I'm sad to have sold our house with Paul's help and moved away is that we're out of the area now and can't work with Paul on future home purchases and sales. 

For both buying and selling strategies, he lays out multiple options, potential implications, and helps you think through what makes most sense to you. Beyond his professional expertise, which is vast (there were basically no questions we asked him over the years that he didn't know the answers to; the ones he didn't, he circled back asap with tons of helpful new info and guidance) he is a really good guy, ethical realtor, and super patient - he definitely helped my spouse and I with the emotional highs and lows of buying and selling. 

We're sad to leave Columbus, but feel so fortunate to have been able to work with Paul.

Without any question or hesitation, Paul Ritter is an absolutely astounding, kind, honest, and genuinely helpful real estate agent. 

Starting March of 2020, my wife and I started looking to buy a house. She immediately contacted Paul Ritter, and we were on our way. Over the course of 7 months (and multiple offers in what is an incredibly competitive housing market), Paul worked diligently and tirelessly to make sure we found a place we could call home. 

More than anything, beyond having extensive knowledge of the market and how to navigate the legal and contractual aspects of home buying (of which Paul's level of knowledge is astounding), you want kindness and honesty from your agent. Paul always gave us honest feedback on a home, the good and the bad, and guided us through finding the small details that we should look for as first time home buyers. He always worked to get us the best and most fair price and contract on a house, making sure that we only committed ourselves to the degree that we were comfortable. 

We were so immediately impressed with Paul not just as an agent, but as a person, that we recommended him to at least four other families, all of whom found homes that they are all tremendously happy with.

Paul helped us find our ideal house in a crazy market. When we were discouraged by not finding a good fit for a few months, he reassured us and was always available to talk to us if needed. He was very responsive to our requests and went above and beyond to make himself available. The best compliment I can give a realtor is by saying without question I would use them again in the future. Paul was instrumental in our ability to view homes and used his local expertise to guide us to the best neighborhoods to maximize the value our budget would allow with an emphasis on build quality, location and school districts. We were attempting to find a home in a competitive market while living hours away and Paul made this possible by taking time to video walkthrough homes as they came to market for us so we would not be late to the party. He was frank and honest in his assessments on potential houses, he gave excellent advice and managed to save us a significant amount of money through our negotiations with the seller. Also above all we NEVER felt pressured or pushed in a direction that we were not comfortable with at any point in our interactions with Paul.
